We offer two versions of our software:
1.) Lite-Restricted features.
2.) Standard-Full features.
Each of these versions can be purchased as software only, or we do supply fish counting systems which include all necessary hardware.

We also have a trial version available for potential users to test with restrictions on the length of time over which the program will operate. Otherwise this version has the same features as our standard version. To obtain a copy as well as a copy of our user’s manual, send your name, organization, e-mail address, and a short description of the fish counting problem for which you hope to use FishTick to info@wecountfish.com.
Required Computer Equipment
Video Capture program:
Exact requirements are dependent on the number of frames per second that must be captured and the detection algorithm used. For optimum performance, we recommend a minimum of a dual core CPU running at 2.0 Ghz or more with a suitable video capture device, a minimum of 2 GB of RAM, running Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 10. The recommended video input device is the Pinnacle Dazzle. The capture program can also accept video from Firewire (IEEE-1394) adapters or from MPEG or AVI files.
Video Review program:
Minimum requirements are a dual core computer running at 2.0 Ghz, 2 GB of RAM running Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 10 with Microsoft Excel files installed. Excel is only required for FishTick 2.6.3.
